How to make a relief?

A relief can be made in many ways. From these techniques, we present some simpler ones that can be learned easily by anyone.

One option: we are looking for a picture which will be used as a base of making a 2D vector drawing. Than the 2D vector drawing is continued to be created and we get a 2.5D relief model drawing and a milling path is easy to be generated on it.
After material selection, CNC machine tools bring to life the drawing.

Other option: similar to the first, the only difference is that, instead of the creation of vector graphical drawing of the selected image, we can have a 2.5D model thanks to the conversion of the image to greyscale with the right program. It can be used in the production of relief based on the above mentioned. It is not a very accurate method and it is not recommended.
